Dealing with difficult people and situations is an inevitable part of life. Join us for this workshop as we explore how to keep your own emotional composure so that you can handle the situation at your best. We will consider how listening skills, upfront contracts, and questioning strategies can be used to your advantage. We will look at the difference between collaborative and combative negotiations, how to set clear expectations throughout, and then lastly, create a follow-up step. Be sure to have a few scenarios already on hand so that you can start to practice and role-play the techniques that we're going to talk about.
