Our company did the training in Q1-2 of 2017 and I was somewhat skeptical about how a sales training program would benefit me. (Having been in sales for 19 years at my current position, I felt confident I ‘knew it all’!). The beauty of sales is there is an actual scoreboard each and every month so you can actually measure how your sales compare to previous years. Well, in 2017 my sales finished up 20% higher than 2016, (which was a very good year BTW) and so far in 2018, I’m way above that 2017 pace.
Sandler gave me some additional insight to help better identify opportunities, manage those customer needs and meetings so that all parties are always on the same page and quit wasting time on customers who might never buy anything, (Go for No!), or get them moving toward that sale. Unlike previous sales training I’ve done in the past, Sandler offered actual insight into creating the right atmosphere to get the customer to buy versus practicing trial closes, etc.

Sandler Training is by far the best professional development class I have ever taken. Going into the class, my goal was to improve my sales skills. I quickly learned Sandler Training was far more than Sales Training. Sandler Training teaches communication skills and much more, resulting in improved sales results, which is the end goal. The Columbus Ruby Group Sandler Training team provides multiple instructors, offering different perspectives and experiences. The only regret I have is not learning about Sandler Training sooner.
