Matt has joined Sandler Training by The Ruby Group as a sales consultant. He has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, consulting, and real estate industry. A veteran of the US Navy from 1999 - 2003 he served as a Second Class Petty Officer Second Class with Operation Enduring Freedom.
Matt developed an interest in the Sander Training business when he participated in the Sales Mastery program as a client and instantly gravitated towards the material. His favorite part of working as a sales consultant is seeing the client's growth and watching them develop their self-confidence as business people in sales. It allows him to have continued conviction while working with a variety of industries.
Matt’s strengths include accountability, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm, earning him a reputation that many would envy. Despite his busy career as a sales consultant, Matt makes time to be involved with community and professional organizations. He is a member of the Akron Chamber of Commerce and has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2011. When Matt is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his daughter Sophia, reading, traveling, and loves watching Cleveland sports.
