Michael Crawford

Chief Executive Officer
Hall of Fame Village & Media Co.

Crawford spent almost 25 years at the Walt Disney Company and the past four years with the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Company where he started as President of Asia Pacific and then in 2014 went on to be Global President of Portfolio Management.

An Ohio native, he graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, and also holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He enjoys travel, golf, and spending time with his daughter, Kaitlin, who is currently a student at the University of Notre Dame.

  • Dan Klenkar, Radial Inc.

    Dan Klekner

    Dan Klenkar is Vice President, Sales – East Region for Radial. He has been with Radial since 2012. Dan is responsible for driving net new growth at Radial by consulting with retailers and brands to help them grow their online and offline businesses. Radial offers a comprehensive suite of technology and operations solutions including Radial Order Management, Omnichannel Solutions, Payment, Tax & Fraud Management, as well as Fulfillment, Transportation Management, and Customer Care solutions. Clients include Dick’s Sporting Goods, DSW, Express, Abercrombie & Fitch, Shoe Carnival, Theory, Untuckit, L Brands, Carters, The Children’s Place, and Hibbett Sports, to name a few.
    Prior to joining Radial, Dan spent six years with Sedlak Management Consultants, a boutique supply chain consulting firm based in Cleveland, OH. Sedlak provides leading edge supply chain solutions for clients in multichannel retail, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution.
    Dan received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA and MS in Organization Development from Case Western Reserve University.

    Jay Ford

    Jay Ford is the Chief Operating Officer of Ketchum & Walton Co., providing the highest quality and performing air filtration, ventilation, and acoustical products to architects, engineers, contractors, and owners.

  • Brian Ogrin, Feazel


    Brian is the General Manager at Feazel’s Cleveland location, where he is responsible for leading his sales team, overseeing production and managing office staff. In this role, he drives growth and ensures that revenue goals are met, while keeping a close eye on recruiting new talent and developing existing employees. A 2014 graduate of the Ohio State University, Brian’s degree in Strategic Communication laid the groundwork for success in professional selling. Brian is passionate about continual growth both personally and professionally, and is always eager to read, listen to podcasts, and take courses to fuel his development. He enjoys empowering others to help them achieve new levels of personal and professional success and is a raving fan of T Harv Eker’s Secrets of the Millionaire Mind. When he isn’t busy in the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Mackenzie, and their Cockapoo, Teddy. A true Ohioan, Brian loves to cheer on the Browns, Indians, Cavs, and Buckeyes.

  • Mike Frank, Jarrett Logistics

    Mike Frank

    A self-described supply chain champion, Mike Frank is the Senior Director of Business Development at Jarrett Logistics. He is committed to hitting his goals, continually learning more about the industry, and mentoring. He has spent the last ten years creating collaborative partnering opportunities and is currently most passionate about the work he is doing to help large companies become more productive while reducing costs.
    As a previous Operations Manager for DHL, Mike has developed a unique perspective when it comes to balancing operations and sales. Influenced by the great leadership at Jarrett and a fantastic group of like-minded professionals, he aspires to enhance his business acumen and to lead by example with enthusiasm for his job and personal life in this stage of his career. A philanthropist at heart, Mike enjoys finding ways to pay it forward and has coordinated a weekly meal to a soup kitchen for the last eleven years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, bowling, and watching sporting events.
