Sandler Management - Staging Effective Meetings
Held regularly, and conducted effectively, sales meetings can increase your potency as a manager. Keep in mind, though, that while sales meetings are a valuable management tool, they do not replace individual management. Through them, you gain some of the information that you must have about the strengths and weaknesses of your salespeople in order to manage them. In this workshop, we will talk about how to maximize the effectiveness of your meetings, identify non-productive behavior, and manage the structure of the meeting.
