President's Club-Connecting Attitudes & Behaviors to Ensure Success
Do you need to take out the trash? In this session, we will begin by examining the head trash that interferes with our attempts to purge old ways of doing things. From there, we will discuss how to reframe our mind/attitude to ensure we follow through with those beneficial changes. We will also explore the I/R Theory and the Attitude/Behavior Journal, so that you will be better able to take the action and start new behaviors that move you forward to further success
