Mike Jones, CEO

Mike developed an interest in the Sales and Management training business when he realized the need for people to get out of their own way to overachieve. His favorite part of working as an advisor to organizations and individuals is in helping them to discover their true potential and value by eliminating their ‘head trash’ and self-imposed limitations.

Mandy Caruso, Chief Operations Officer

A graduate of The University of Akron, Mandy is the glue that keeps the team together. From client management and development to operations, to event management - there is no part of the organization that Mandy does not touch and improve. Mandy's positive attitude is contagious, and her dedication and hard work is to the benefit of both staff and clients.

Ken Guest, Chief Revenue Officer

Ken Guest developed an interest in executive coaching and sales training when he was a student of the Sandler system. He saw a dramatic improvement in his own sales and when running a sales force for a company, he saw equally dramatic improvement with the salespeople he managed.

Jordan Mullet, Chief People Officer

Jordan joined The Ruby Group after several years of being a client. His passion for helping business owners bring clarity and accountability to themselves and their teams was a great fit with The Ruby Group's core values. The Ruby Group's vision statement of Instigate Opportunities and Abolish Average align with his views of how he lives his life.

Steve Weyl, Senior Partner

Steve credits the Sandler System for much of his business success. Before becoming a Sandler trainer, Steve founded a well-known local home services company and grew it from 0 to $105M in sales. Steve has been selling, training and recruiting salespeople in both B2B & B2C atmospheres for over 30 years and now helps local businesses with the same.

Tom Thon, Partner

Tom is a senior-level sales and operations leader, highly experienced in leading field-based sales professionals with his leadership skills in accountability, energy, integrity, professionalism, and salesmanship. Tom's selling and sales management career are based on the Radio and Outdoor media industries.

Matt Luptak, Partner

A veteran of the US Navy from 1999 to 2003 as a Second Class Petty Officer Second Class, Matt was a part of "Operation Enduring Freedom" and then shifted his focus to business upon his return to Ohio. Matt works at Sandler Training at The Ruby Group as a sales consultant. He has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, consulting and real estate industry.

Robert Grant Perry, Partner

Robert has over 20 years of sales success stemming from time spent in the medical, professional sports, and construction management industries. Nationally recognized for exceeding sales goals, his professional focal points include business development, leadership training, strategic planning, cross-functional team leadership, complex problem solving, marketing, and data analytics.

Jason Reynolds, Partner

Jason is a sales and operations leader, highly experienced in running small and large front-end teams. Jason developed an interest in sales training and executive coaching when he was a student of the Sandler System. He credits the system with helping him achieve record individual contributor results in his previous industry and how to manage and lead his teams more effectively.

Hayley Lappin, Marketing Analyst 

A graduate of the University of Mount Union, Hayley is the face behind our emails, manages our social media accounts, and creates compelling designs. When Hayley isn’t working, you can find her making earrings out of polymer clay, photography, and spending time with family and friends. 

Justine Liddle, Client Services Manager

Justine is a recent graduate of the MBA program at Heidelberg University. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Heidelberg as well. Justine is driven by helping others succeed and finding creative solutions for problems. She enjoys talking to new people, which is why the position of Client Services Manager, was the perfect option for her to get her career started. When Justine is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is also an avid animal lover and can often be found volunteering at shelters or playing with her own dogs: Otis, Arlo, and Luna.

Lindsay Beaver

Lindsay is an experienced Administrative Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in the professional training & coaching industry. Skilled in interpersonal communication, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and teaching. A graduate of The University of Akron, she holds a B.S. focused in Middle-Level Education and has a passion for life-long learning.
