The Strategic Customer Care sessions are on Tuesdays from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm (also available virtually) The Strategic Customer Care program is an eight week series that focuses on issues that the frontline deals with on a day-to-day basis. It gives customer service professionals the tools to be better equipped to handle difficult customers, have the confidence to make outgoing calls, understand the selling process, and know how to take a client to the next step in a sale.
