Responsibilities:
✔ Bring a positive attitude to our high performing team
✔ Make outbound calls and emails to qualify prospects
✔ Generate your own prospects and referrals and follow up on leads
✔ Present top-notch program overviews to business owners or presidents
✔ Responsible for training and coaching clients
✔ Develop and deliver free talks to businesses and executive briefings to business professionals
✔ Keep a daily behavioral journal
✔ Maintain a detailed cookbook outlining behavioral expectations
Are You a Good Fit?
✔ You’re a self-starter
✔ You love sales (5+ years of experience preferred)
✔ Proven success at finding and closing business
✔ You’re interested in incorporating training and coaching into your role
✔ Effective written and verbal communication skills
✔ Well organized and good time management
✔ You’re located in the Akron/Columbus areas
✔ You have a bachelor’s degree
✔ Previous Sandler training experience is a plus
